Embodiment practices use the body as a tool for healing through self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, finding balance, and creating self-acceptance. Embodiment explores the relationship between our physical being and our energy. It involves the interaction of our body, thoughts, and actions.

With slow and steady work, I focus in myofascial release to relieve chronic tension and relax the nervous system.
Thai massage is a fully clothed bodywork done on a mat on the floor, incorporating deep tissue compression, stretching and mobilization. Relief for chronic pain, increased flexibility, improved quality of life.
Body neutral, anti-racist, gender inclusive. I am committed to creating a practice grounded in support, equality and respect because massage is for every body.
I am vaccinated and boosted. If requested, I will wear a mask the entire time of your session so you can fully relax during your massage.
